Soul Alignment is a different kind of healing. It takes you beyond the everyday mind and into the deeper layers of your consciousness and energetic field.
Activating your Divine Organic Template
At the heart of this work is the activation of your Divine Organic Template — the deeper blueprint of who you are beneath the patterns, conditioning and experiences you have accumulated.
Through the energetic work, we connect with deeper layers of your consciousness and field, including holographic DNA clearing and the exploration of subconscious, ancestral and collective patterns.
The intention is to clear what is no longer aligned with you and reconnect you with the deeper truth of who you are.
You don’t need to understand or consciously identify everything that needs to shift. The work can reach places that aren’t always accessible through thinking, talking or trying to work things out.
What happens in a session?
You lie comfortably on a table, fully clothed, and allow yourself to relax.
I work with your energy through gentle, light touch and energetic techniques while you receive the work.
Each session is different and is guided by what is ready to unfold for you.
You may experience sensations, emotions, insights or a sense of knowing. Sometimes the shift is subtle and continues to unfold over the days and weeks afterwards.
There is nothing you need to force or achieve. You simply allow yourself to receive.
Your energy comes back into balance, while deeper energetic patterns are cleared and recoded to support a higher level of consciousness.
Who is Soul Alignment for?
This work may be for you if:

You don’t have to have a particular problem or know exactly what you want to work on.
Sometimes it’s simply a feeling that something is ready to shift.
How is this different from Somatic Therapy?
Somatic Therapy and Soul Alignment are two different ways of working.
Somatic Therapy is therapeutic and processing-based. We work with the patterns, emotional reactions and responses that are showing up in your everyday life, exploring them through the body and nervous system. It is usually undertaken as a series of sessions.
Soul Alignment works differently. You lie on the table and receive the energetic work, allowing us to work with deeper layers of your consciousness and energetic field, including subconscious, ancestral and collective patterns. Connection with your soul frequency and higher self.
They can complement each other, but you don’t need to do both.
How often do I need a session?
Soul Alignment isn’t usually something you need to do every week.
Energy work can be something you return to when you feel ready to explore another layer. Some people have a single session and allow the work to integrate, while others return when they feel called to go deeper.
There is no set programme you need to commit to.
